We had a great experience with Karen. We had been working with her for several months but with very limited inventory on the lake, there wasn't anything that suited us. Then she called us on a Thursday afternoon and let us know that a house that had everything we wanted had just come on the market! (location, fireplace boathouse). She let us know that if we thought it would be something we were interested in we should come see it the same weekend. We did and made an offer that very same day. Unfortunately the seller sold to a different buyer but we were lucky to find a different place shortly thereafter. Karen was very supportive along the way and made us feel comfortable knowing when we ultimately found the right house.
